1. Booking

1.1 Once you have decided to proceed with the quotation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total of the order is required in order to secure your booking.
Note: no booking is confirmed until the payment has been received and you agree to all the items as listed on the quotation.

(a) You need to pay this non-refundable deposit 2 weeks prior to the date of wedding if a wedding decoration package order is made.

(b) The venue provider shall be responsible for supplying backdrop stand.
(i) We shall charge an extra service fee at HKD3000-6000 (depends on size of the backdrop) should you want us to install the stand.

2. Bridal Bouquets Packages or order below $2000.


2.1 Full payment is required at the time of placing an order for bridal bouquets packages.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Cancellation of the wedding/function date:

(a) Should you need to cancel the date your booking, you will need to notify us in writing as soon as possible. We are happy to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability, with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the date of the wedding, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 2 weeks prior to the wedding are required to be paid in full by the due date.

3.2 Cancelling Requests

(a) You are only allowed to make a cancellation request for an order once.

3.3 Cancelling part of your order:

(a) Cancellations of part of your order 2 weeks or less prior to the date of the function will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total value of the order. This amount is due to be paid one week prior to the date of the wedding, or at the time of cancellation.

3.4 Postponing the wedding/function date:

(a) Should you need to change the date or postponed the date of the wedding; you will need to inform us in writing. Should the “new” date be available, we will confirm it with you in writing. Should the date not be available, you will forfeit your deposit.

3.5 Should we need to cancel your order:

(a) In the extreme and unlikely circumstance that we may need to cancel your booking, or are unable to fulfill your order due to illness, injury, accident or any other circumstance, and we are unable to find another suitable supplier, we will inform you in writing, and refund to you any amounts you have paid to us.

(b) In the event that black rainstorm signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued, all bookings would be cancelled and all payments will not be refunded.

4. Rescheduling

4.1 Service date of an order could be rescheduled due to personal reasons or weather conditions. However, you are required to give us at least 14 days’ notice in advance.

(a) The rescheduled service date is limited within 1 year from the original scheduled service date.

(b) You are only allowed to reschedule once. If the event is to be reschedule for second time, and surcharge of HKD2000 will be applied.

5. Confirmation

5.1 All orders must be confirmed 8 weeks prior to the date of the wedding. We do not take any responsibility for any errors or omissions once the order has been confirmed.

6. Designs Modification

6.1 At least 2 weeks’ notice is required to any request for designs modification.

(a) You are only allowed to make a designs modification request for once.

7. Substitution Policy

7.1 Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, we cannot assure that all arrangements for flowers shown in our promotional material will be available. In the event that flowers of your choice in an order are not available, we endeavour to substitute flowers of similar style with equal or greater value. However, we reserve the rights to cancel your order 30 days prior to the date of delivery should we know in advance that we cannot make such substitution.

8. Dismantle Time

8.1 Dismantle time for dinner banquet session is 11:30pm; 5:30 pm for lunch.

8.2 We shall charge HKD200 per every 10 minute of delay.

9. Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day

9.1 No packages will be available 15 days prior to Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day (i.e. 14 February each year)

10. Minor Changes

10.1 Minor changes can be made to your order up to 2 weeks prior to the date of the function, and should be communicated to us in writing as soon as possible.

11. Delivery

11.1 We will deliver and set up at all destinations quoted. All delivery times are confirmed the week of the wedding; you will be advised on the times. You should allow 30 minutes either side of the scheduled time for delays that might occur which is out of our control. The delivery details including addresses are confirmed 2 weeks prior to the wedding/function date. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct delivery addresses. In the event that there is no person available to receive the goods, the goods will be left in a safe place and we will contact you to advise you where the goods have been left, if there is no safe place to leave the goods, they will be returned to our premises and you will need to arrange pick up of the goods. We will decide whether or not it is safe. Should your goods need to be re-delivered, you will be required to pay another delivery fee.

12. Deliveries and Set Up At The Venue

12.1 We will deliver, set up and pick up as quoted to the required destination/s. Delivery times will need to be confirmed with the venue the week of the wedding/function. We will require access appropriate working conditions in order to fulfill our order with you. You will need to inform the venue of what you have employed us to do and also the time we require to set up on the day. Should we be denied access, be delayed by the venue or any other supplier on the day, be presented with unsafe or hazardous working conditions, we will complete everything to the best of our ability, however, in extreme circumstances, if we cannot complete the job, due to no fault of our own, we will leave the products at the venue, if the venue or delayed supplier, is willing to complete the setup, or we will return the products to our premises and advise you to arrange for the goods to be picked up. Should other last minute decisions be made due to any unpredicted circumstance, we will advise the venue manager and you.

13. Items Lost or Damaged

13.1 Should your goods be lost or damaged after delivery, we cannot accept liability for this.

14. Hires Items

14.1 All hired items as outlined in your quotation/order are the responsibility of the hirer from the point of delivery to the time of pickup of the goods. Should any items be lost, damaged or stolen it is the responsibility of the hirer to pay for the replacement retail cost of any of those items. You will be informed within 48hours, if this is the case. We will require your credit card details for this purpose.

15. Privacy

15.1 All your personal details are treated as confidential information and will not be disclosed under any circumstances to other parties, without your written authority.

16. Payment

16.1 May be in the form of a cheque, money order, cash or direct deposit to our nominated account, details of the account are attached to the bottom portion of your quotation or by request. All payments need to be received and processed before any items can be dispatched.

17. Other

17.1 You agree and acknowledge that Yusaki Hanaya is not responsible or accountable for any personal injury or negligence resulting from use of goods supplied to you, or on behalf of you.

17.2 Yusaki Hanaya reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice. Terms and Conditions published on this Facebook Page or Instagram will always be the latest version and will override any prior Terms and Conditions provided in any other form.

18. Terms and Conditions

18.1 Access to this Facebook Page: Yusaki Hanaya or Instagram: yusaki.hanaya, and the use of information on it is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use. You should carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Use. By proceeding further, you will be deemed to have accepted them.

19. Translation

19.1 This general terms and condition is translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions of Use, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
• “Terms and Conditions of Use” - means the terms and conditions of use of this general terms and conditions herein contained;

• “Privacy Policy” means our statement of practice as regards the privacy and security of your information;

• “You” means any and all persons accessing or using this Instagram account and/or availing of any information and/or services available on or via this Website;

• “we” and “our” and “us” means this company and owner of the instagram account.
